Tamo ScrubsE-CommerceJordan2025

Multi-market Shopify commerce for a medical scrubs brand

One catalogue serving nine countries, three fabric technologies and an unusually wide fit range — without splitting into separate stores.

The challenge

Workwear is bought on fit and fabric, not on a photograph. Scrubs have to survive daily laundering, long shifts and clinical environments, and a customer choosing between care-stretch and waterproof needs that difference made obvious before they buy.

The fit range is the harder problem. Selling into the Gulf and the Levant means modest fits and dress-length designs sit alongside classic and V-neck cuts, plus curve and big sizes — a catalogue that becomes unmanageable if every combination is modelled as a separate product.

And it sells across nine countries. Currency, pricing and delivery thresholds differ per market, which usually gets solved by cloning the store and letting the clones drift apart.

Our approach
01

Model fabric as a first-class axis

Care Stretch, Waterproof and the Tamo Original range are structured as product attributes rather than separate catalogues, so a customer can move between fabric technologies within a design instead of hunting across collections.

02

Make the fit range navigable

Classic, polo, V-neck, modest fit, modest dress and curve & big size are organised so each is reachable in one step from the top level — the range is the brand's advantage, and burying it would waste it.

03

One store, nine markets

Multi-currency and regional delivery rules run from a single catalogue covering Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, the Palestinian Territories, Canada and the United States — so merchandising is done once.

04

Merchandise for return visits

New arrivals, deals of the day and best sellers give the storefront a reason to be reopened, with reviews, wishlist and search supporting a considered purchase rather than an impulse one.
